Small Church Pastor

When Ellen and I started dreaming about Small Church Pastor we realized that a unique thing about the specific group we were focusing on (pastors of smaller churches) is that often their finances are limited. To address this we decided that Small Church Pastor would be made possible by a "partners support base" (raising funds like a missionary would), and by charging fees for coaching and consulting. The larger the support base the smaller the fees will be and the greater the possibilities of offering my services for free.
